Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Labour and Roustabout team for the Santos Tour Down Under. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious cycling event and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and dismantling event barriers to ensure the smooth operation of the race stages.
  • Working as part of a team to manage the placement of barriers at various locations.
  • Coordinating with event operations managers to ensure all barriers are placed according to the race route specifications.
  • Removing barriers efficiently post-event to clear the area.
Requirements
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in event setup or similar labour-intensive roles is an advantage.
Crew Roles

We have several crew roles available, including:

  • Start Crew: Responsible for setting up barriers at the start locations of various stages.
  • Finish Crew: Responsible for managing the barrier placement and removal at the finish points of each stage.
  • Circuit Crew A: Works across multiple days, setting up barriers at various locations and coordinating with other crews.
  • Circuit Crew B: Responsible for removing barriers in Adelaide after the event.
