Crew Rostering Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Crew Resources Team as a Crew Rostering Officer. This role will be based at our head office in Mascot, Sydney or Adelaide Hanger Offices at Adelaide Airport.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and publish Flight Crew Rosters in compliance with aviation regulations and crew industrial agreements
- Monitor and report on crew operational status for roster preparation
- Oversight of crew currency, training, check, and licensing requirements
- Liaise with the Check and Training team for training planning
- Book flight, transport, and accommodation requirements as needed
- Communicate roster changes to crew members
- Construct and publish Crew Tours of Duty for maximum crew utilization and cost-efficiency
- Manage Flight Crew Annual Leave rosters
- Assist with crew payroll and administrative tasks as required
- Knowledge of CASA crew duty requirements and limitations
- Previous experience in airline operations
- Experience with Merlot Airline Operations Suite preferred
- Understanding of Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with limited supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational/time management skills
- Willingness to adapt to an evolving work environment
