About the Role

Rationale Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Skin Consultant to join our team in the Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our team, you will play an active part in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving the success of our David Jones Bourke Street Flagships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized skin consultations to clients, offering expert advice and recommendations on our product formulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their skin goals and providing tailored solutions to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with our Education and Retail Teams to stay up-to-date on our latest product launches and formulations.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
