Personal Care Support Worker - Evans Head

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Support Worker. As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
  • Driver's license with current comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Certified Certificate III or IV Community, Aged, Disability
  • NDIS clearance
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
  • 100 points of Identification
  • Right to work in Australia
