As a Coordinator, you will lead the operational delivery of the Community Careers project from our Townsville base. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about community development and wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead the operational delivery of the Community Careers project, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Participant Support: Work with participants to develop personalized training and personal development support plans to enhance their opportunities to complete training and access employment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to maintain a culture aligned with our mission and values.
- Liaison and Reporting: Liaise with partner RTOs and local employers to maximise employment and training outcomes, and undertake accurate documentation including case notes, report writing, and program data collection as required.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference in your community, we encourage you to apply.
