Key Responsibilities- Oversight of strategic and operational plans implementation.
- Collaboration with CEOs and senior staff from member libraries to negotiate priority work and resource allocation.
- Communication with the wider library, cultural, government, and research sectors on behalf of member libraries.
- Leadership of a remote team of four across Melbourne, Darwin, and Wellington, New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will be based at our headquarters in Canberra but is open to applicants elsewhere in Australia.
