As an experienced transaction professional, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Identifying key value drivers and risk mitigation strategies for complex energy projects
  • Leading the execution of transactions through financial modelling, diligence, financing, and negotiation
  • Providing seamless integrated experiences for clients throughout the growth and optimisation M&A journey

Our focus spans renewable energy generation, storage, transmission build out, and infrastructure development.

Key responsibilities include developing innovative strategies, managing engagement teams, coordinating transaction execution, and providing expert advice on regulatory compliance issues.

The ideal candidate will possess:
