Your key responsibilities will include motivating, mentoring, and supporting personal growth, helping participants develop and establish their vocational identity, tailoring their supports to their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and mentorship to participants that encourages skills development and increases their capacity for work
  • Deliver person-centred supports to participants transitioning from school to work
  • Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration
  • Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants

You'll be working in a collaborative environment where you can make an impact and genuinely help young people with disabilities on their path to employment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to complete a Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Ability to pass and complete an NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
