
Care Home Administrator

The role of Business Administrator is a vital part of our care home team. As the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their loved ones, you will provide a warm and welcoming introduction to our care home. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries, coordinating admissions, and overseeing the employee experience.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for administering rosters, recruiting new staff, completing onboarding and induction processes, and managing annual and sick leave. You will also lead the customer and administrative experience function of the care home, ensuring that customer service is delivered to the highest standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Patience and calmness are essential when working with our residents and their loved ones.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite are necessary for this role.
- Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role is desirable.
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills are essential for prioritising tasks and managing your workload effectively.
