Job Title: Customer Support Representative

This is a role at a leading car-sharing service provider.

You will be a key member of the customer support team and the main point of contact for users in Australia on weekdays and weekends. Your role will comprise many activities, including:

  • Monitoring and resolving bookings
  • Providing top-quality customer service to our users
  • Assisting customers with bookings and troubleshooting issues

You will work closely with hosts and guests to resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences. You will also investigate and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems to improve negative customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Query Handling: Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
  • Complaints Resolution: Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills to convey information and ideas effectively
  • Service orientation to actively seek and develop strategies to help key stakeholders
  • Verbal communication skills to speak clearly and convey information effectively
