Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work on innovative projects, helping clients improve the consistency and alignment in delivering technology solutions within an agile framework.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diverse projects across various sectors.
  • Supporting complex client engagements and assisting with client relationship management.
  • Helping to expand our footprint within multiple clients and leveraging professional development opportunities.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of key initiatives.

You will perform business analysis services across various clients and industries, including:

  • Eliciting and defining business needs with stakeholders.
  • Working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
  • Collaborating with PMOs on multiple project streams or supporting large portfolios.
  • Defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
  • Supporting the creation of business cases, roadmaps, and customer journeys.
  • Analyzing options and making recommendations.
  • Providing task estimates, backlog grooming, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Developing organizational change plans and performing process analysis.
  • Training users on new systems and processes.
  • Planning and overseeing system and user acceptance testing.
  • Providing post-implementation support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of client-facing business analyst experience.
  • Power App/Power Platform experience is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Certifications in Agile, SaFE, IIBA, or BABok are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business acumen skills.
  • Creative insights into client and industry challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior management.
  • Ability to adopt new approaches and work practices.
  • Experience with root-cause analysis.
  • Adaptability to different situations and industries.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with end-to-end business analysis in projects.
  • Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, Signavio, BPMN, or similar tools.
  • Experience in implementing CRM tools.
  • SQL query writing skills are desirable.
