We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the beverage vision and drive profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing beverage team
- Oversee all beverage operations across venues and events
- Curate innovative beverage menus
- Manage supplier partnerships and stock control
- Drive profitability through effective pricing and cost management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum three years' experience in a senior beverage management role
- Strong leadership skills and passion for developing people
- Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends
- WSET III or equivalent qualification
- Creative flair and ability to design and execute innovative beverage concepts
- Guest-first mindset with commitment to creating extraordinary experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event nights
- Current RSA certification
