KOS International Limited - Associate Director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support operational expansion and profitability.
  • Manage cash flow, financing, and investor relations to ensure sustainable funding.
  • Implement cost-control measures and financial oversight across farming, processing, and trading units.
  • Lead risk management for commodity price volatility and credit exposure.
  • Optimize ERP systems and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, including investments and M&A opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years as CFO or VP of Finance.
  • Must have background in agriculture, food processing, or commodity trading.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, financial planning, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and operational finance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
