The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all children.

We are seeking someone who is flexible, willing to adapt to changing circumstances, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engaging and supervising children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
