Mental Health Specialist

This role involves delivering high-quality mental health services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Team ContextThe Peacock Centre opened in 2023 and focuses on providing warm, welcoming, and trauma-informed care to people experiencing mental health relapse or distress.
Service IntegrationThe Integration Hub works closely with peer-led services at Peacock Centre, including the Safe Haven and the Recovery College, as well as other service providers in Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal outcomes for attendees, their families, carers, and friends.
- Provide effective supervision and support to Peer Workers within the Integration Hub.
- Lead leadership, direction, and change management to support overall service development and compliance with the endorsed Operational Service Model.
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will need to actively contribute to the culture, leadership, and day-to-day management of the Integration Hub to ensure individuals accessing the service can access the range of services required to promote their ongoing independence and recovery.
