**Job Title:** Workforce Planning Senior Analyst

Job Description:

As a senior workforce planning professional, you will be an advocate for the importance of workforce management and productivity improvement within a business. You will be passionate about data and have a high level of analytical and data intelligence.

  • You will source and transform data to help build and run timely and accurate volume forecasts.
  • You will deliver actionable insights to contribute to the optimisation of our workforces, customer experience, and enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions.
  • You will empower leaders to create flexible workforces that meet the ever-changing needs and expectations of customers.
  • You will use data and advance analytics techniques to identify opportunities to innovate, optimise workforces and processes, and continuously improve.
  • You will embed workforce planning practices in the businesses we support and provide insights to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • You will support the development of new analytical solutions and application of advanced techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You will need strong demonstrated experience in data analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning.
  • You will require strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to support requirements definition, report scope, and planning.
  • You will need experience in predictive modelling, time series forecasting (ARIMA, STL, ETS), A/B testing, spatial analytics, workforce optimisation (linear programming).
  • You will display an understanding of quantitative activities such as scenario forecast modelling and workforce analytics to generate actionable value-add insights from complex data.
  • You will need experience with large data sets and data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS.
  • You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience (computer science, statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact centre or related disciplines).
