About the Role

We strive to deliver exceptional experiences for all. As Venue Manager at Black Bar & Grill, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive environment where flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.

Responsibilities include managing events from concept to execution. You must have excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with staff and stakeholders.

Able to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control is also essential.

Beyond day-to-day management, you will contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Your role will involve:
