About the Role

This position requires a passionate and experienced educator who can lead the implementation of the HSIE curriculum across all stages. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to differentiate teaching and learning practices to cater to diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the HSIE curriculum, ensuring alignment with the college's educational goals
  • Collaborate with faculty members to deliver professional learning programs targeting high potential and gifted learners
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the parish community
  • Contribute to whole school improvement processes and initiatives, aligning with school priorities
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading curriculum implementation and assessment practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with the executive team to drive school improvement
  • A 4-year training qualification or commitment to undertaking further study to meet Diocesan requirements
