Key responsibilities include:

  • Connecting participants with appropriate services, providers, and community resources.
  • Building capacity in participants to exercise choice and control in achieving their goals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with families, stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Monitoring progress, addressing barriers, and ensuring services are delivered in line with participant needs.
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Support Coordinator or in a similar NDIS role.
  • A strong understanding of the NDIS framework and funding streams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • An appreciation for cultural diversity and lived experiences.
