Product Development Specialist

The eCommerce Complex Squad is seeking a Product Development Specialist to drive the development and enhancement of core products. Key responsibilities include driving product development, leading continuous improvement across product features and processes, monitoring the competitive landscape, and managing cross-functional teams.

This role involves collaborating with government and regulatory bodies, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, and designing and launching payment products. A strong understanding of financial services, technical eCommerce or merchant acquiring knowledge, and experience with Agile project delivery are essential.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services
  • Technical eCommerce or merchant acquiring knowledge
  • Experience with Agile project delivery
