Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of epics linked to new core ledger strategy
Lead the shaping, build and implementation of priority epics including end to end integrated planning when considering impacts to customers, commercials and technology
Engage and partner with stakeholders across the enterprise on design and delivery of associated epics for the new core ledger capability
Epic level ownership from idea through to delivery
Squad backlog management: Prioritisation and accountability of development squad backlog
Change management including business impacts across customer and colleague

You'll need :
Experience working on large scale transformation projects containing multiple streams, products and channels
Proven Product Ownership experience, preferably in core banking
Ability to innovate and grasp new skills
Strong stakeholder, business and technology capability
Demonstrated strong ability to influence across domains and technology
