Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of epics linked to new core ledger strategy
  • Lead the shaping, build and implementation of priority epics including end to end integrated planning when considering impacts to customers, commercials and technology
  • Engage and partner with stakeholders across the enterprise on design and delivery of associated epics for the new core ledger capability
  • Epic level ownership from idea through to delivery
  • Squad backlog management: Prioritisation and accountability of development squad backlog
  • Change management including business impacts across customer and colleague

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need :

  • Experience working on large scale transformation projects containing multiple streams, products and channels
  • Proven Product Ownership experience, preferably in core banking
  • Ability to innovate and grasp new skills
  • Strong stakeholder, business and technology capability
  • Demonstrated strong ability to influence across domains and technology
