Job Description

A key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping make our members' world better.

As a Tele-interviewer, you will rely on your strong communication skills and utilize medical and/or underwriting experience to gather required member information professionally and efficiently.

High levels of empathy are required to help alleviate concerns on the part of the member.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy for members during the collection process
  • Well-developed organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet agreed service standards
  • Good understanding of medical terminology and the underwriting process is preferred
  • Knowledge of the objectives of risk management and compliance demonstrated by prompt identification and escalation of issues relating to job function
