Customer Service Officer Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves dealing with people and is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for receiving, verifying, entering, and invoicing purchase orders with precision, coordinating local and interstate freight bookings, monitoring outstanding invoices and credit claims, and conducting B2B tele-sales with our existing customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, enter, and invoice purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate local and interstate freight bookings effectively.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and credit claims closely.
  • Conduct B2B tele-sales with our existing customer base regularly.
  • Collaborate with production and factory management to organize and fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Key Skills:

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working without constant supervision, and has a friendly demeanor with a relaxed attitude suited to our 'non-corporate' office environment.
