Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced employment tax professional to join our national team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: As a key member of our management team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across the country.
  • Deliver Employment Tax Expertise: Advise clients on all aspects of employment tax, including payroll tax, PAYG withholding, superannuation guarantee, FBT, termination payments, and salary packaging.
  • Drive Innovation and Engagement: Use technology and big data to support compliance and generate insights, liaise with clients and regulatory bodies, and deliver impactful training seminars.

Requirements:

  • Extensive employment tax experience: Over 5 years of delivering employment tax compliance and consulting services to large organizations.
  • Technical and analytical proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside proven data analytics capabilities and confidence in handling complex datasets.
  • Effective and flexible work style: Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and experience with automating tax processes.
