Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Consultant, located in Moorabbin, VIC. The Tax Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including tax planning, tax compliance, tax preparation, conducting tax audits, preparing financial statements, reviewing of bookkeeping work, and staying updated with tax law. The Tax Consultant will work with a variety of entities ranging from individuals, companies, partnerships, trusts and SMSF. This role requires consistent interaction with clients to provide detailed and accurate financial advice tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience or willingness to learn accounting software and tools such as MYOB, Xero or Access
  • Desire to complete Chartered Accountant (CA) with mentoring
