Strategic Leader for Impact Measurement

The role of the Strategic Leader for Impact Measurement is pivotal in shaping Movember's approach to monitoring, evaluation and learning. This critical position leads a team responsible for designing and delivering an impactful MEL function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering an effective global MEL strategy
  • Leading the refresh of Movember's MEL strategy and framework
  • Introducing organisational learning practices and enhancing capability across the organisation
  • Shaping the MEL operating model and managing a high-performing team of evaluation specialists
  • Engaging stakeholders to ensure the effective conduct, communication, and use of evaluation findings

Ideal candidates will have a postgraduate degree in a health-related field and substantial research & evaluation expertise. They must also demonstrate experience in implementing organisational MEL strategies in complex contexts.
