An exciting opportunity exists for a Water Operations Coordinator within our organisation.

Your New Role

This newly created position based in Newcastle involves the coordination of water and sewer field work within the Water Operations Centre.

  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks to create work orders and respond to assignments, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Navigate and accurately enter data into multiple databases and systems, utilising technical skills to enhance efficiency.
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience or knowledge in Water and Sewage, Government or Councils or similar industries (highly desirable).
  • Proven ability to provide high-level administration and excellent customer service to organisations and clients.
  • A valid Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and TRIM software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and clients.
