Job Role: Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Knowledge Manager.

  • Capture and preserve knowledge by conducting thorough interviews with subject matter experts, creating comprehensive guides, manuals, and white papers to safeguard critical institutional knowledge.
  • Design and maintain effective systems for storing, indexing, and retrieving knowledge to ensure seamless accessibility and relevance.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through workshops, knowledge hubs, and internal communication strategies.
  • Provide stakeholders with up-to-date, accurate information to support decision-making.
  • Streamline processes and eliminate redundancies to enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Payroll Services or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years payroll experience
  • Proven expertise in knowledge management, information science, or organizational development
  • Familiarity with knowledge management platforms and tools
  • Experience in the medical recruitment industry (desirable)

A successful candidate will possess strong understanding of payroll principles and practices, proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel), excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, and ability to translate complex information into accessible formats.
