About the Role

This is a full-time Corporate Receptionist position within a corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, applicants, and visitors, while also performing general clerical duties and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Receive and direct incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and issue visitor passes and parking validations.
  • Meeting and Conference Room Management: Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including room setup and technological equipment.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, order office supplies, and track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight.
  • Client Services: Arrange hospitality services for guests, such as transportation, tickets, and reservations.
  • Problem-Solving: Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising limited discretion.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to exchange straightforward information and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills, including ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
