We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team at our resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience and driving exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
  • Lead the Front Office team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Manage guest accounts and ensure accurate and timely completion of daily tasks.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to achieve business objectives and drive team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of trust accounting and ability to manage guest accounts.
