About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinician to join our team in a Forensic role. The successful candidate will work with individuals in a correctional setting, focusing on reducing Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) related harms.

This position plays a critical role in providing effective treatment services using contemporary models of offender behavior and harm reduction principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assess and develop treatment plans for clients with AOD issues
  • To deliver group facilitation and other treatment services
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve client outcomes

Requirements

  • A recognised qualification in a relevant field such as psychology, social work or counselling
  • Experience working in a correctional or forensic setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
