Fitness Business Manager

Seeking a dynamic and experienced fitness leader to manage a coaching team, instruct classes, drive sales, and grow the business.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, have excellent leadership skills, and be able to motivate and inspire staff and clients alike.
- Develop a positive and motivating team culture by fostering open communication, setting clear goals, and recognizing achievements.
- Deliver high-quality fitness classes that meet member expectations and drive results for the studio.
- Manage lead generation, sales conversions, new member onboarding, consultations, and reporting analysis to drive studio growth.
- Implement a marketing strategy plan to increase sales for fitness programs and lead the sales process.
- Manage F45 Challenges, keeping members engaged and motivated throughout with competitions and activities.
- Create and manage social media content to promote the studio and its services.
- Minimum Cert 3 or 4 in Fitness and current First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Proven results in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and working with targets.
- 2+ years' experience in the health and fitness industry, including people management and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive and successful environment for staff and clients.
