We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of digital and technology operating models
  • Analyse and define improvement in CIO / digital capabilities across the value chain
  • Analysis of current state performance, identify themes and support in definition of roadmap
  • Lean process improvements in technology processes (release management, change management and related processes)
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and controls
  • Define capability uplift blueprints for CIO and digital capabilities
  • Delivery management of consulting engagements
  • Facilitation and coordination with wide range of stakeholders
  • Process documentation and communication
Requirements:
  • Design and implementation of IT operating model
  • Experience working in IT delivery frameworks (waterfall, agile, product centric delivery)
  • Experience in design and improvements in release management, IT change management processes
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes, ITSM, IT risks and controls
  • Client facing consulting experience
  • 3-8 years industry experience
  • Experience in financial services will be preferred
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT delivery practices (agile, devops, clouds)
  • Practitioner in one of the frameworks like CMMI, ITIL 4, COBIT, IT4IT etc.
