Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team in the delivery of a major infrastructure project.

">

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction or utility infrastructure, with excellent leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities include leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals, coordinating and directing project managers, construction teams and subcontractors, overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure compliance with design, quality and client specifications.

  • Develop and track relevant project goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives">
  • Develop detailed project plans including scheduling deliverables, estimating costs and selecting appropriate tools, materials and equipment">
  • Track and manage inventory, procurement and resource allocation">
  • Supervise construction teams, subcontractors and consultants both onsite and offsite">
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations and client requirements">
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines and progress">

A qualification in project management or a relevant technical field is essential.

">

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.

">

Demonstrated experience in managing high-performance teams.

">

Good safety record and knowledge of occupational health and safety.

">

Project management experience.

">

Current police clearance.

">

Valid driver's license.

">

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Highly organized with ability to prioritize, delegate, schedule and plan.

Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

">

Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment.

PC proficiency with advanced IT, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project and project management software skills.
