Job Description

The role of Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator involves managing multidisciplinary design projects through the Estate Works Program (EWP) and Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering EWP projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a Defence environment.
  • Fostering collaboration across internal project teams and industry delivery partners.
  • Proactively managing issues, driving decision making, and leading resolution pathways.
  • Evaluating and mitigating risks for our Defence clients.
  • Managing and supporting technical and quality assurance activities relating to the design and safety analysis of Defence infrastructure.
  • Providing mentorship to staff seeking to develop their knowledge and experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects.
About You

You will need relevant experience leading project delivery in the fields of building services, infrastructure, refurbishment, civil or maritime, with Defence experience preferred.

Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines are desirable.

You must be a citizen of Australia and able to achieve a current baseline security clearance.

This role is based in Perth and may involve overnight travel to project locations as required.
