Property Portfolio Manager

This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of clinics and offices to ensure continuity of tenure and quality of premises.

Reporting to the Property Development Group Executive, your responsibilities will include managing existing leases, exercising options, and negotiating rent reviews efficiently.

The successful candidate will possess well-developed communication, organisational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple properties. You will also need strong problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and an interest in financial analysis and commercial negotiation.

  • Proactively manage the portfolio of clinics and office spaces using property tools such as LeaseEagle and electricity contract database.
  • Handle all market rent reviews, exercise of options, and lease expiries efficiently.
  • Work with external solicitors to finalise legal documentation for all real estate transactions.
  • Approve invoices for all property-related expenses, including monthly rental and outgoings obligations.
  • Ensure emissions reporting compliance based on regulatory requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with MRI/LeaseEagle and proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
