Temporary Event Support Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate sales and booking information
  • Liaise with clients regarding event planning, setup, and payment arrangements
  • Perform associated administration duties

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a strong focus on customer sales and service
  • Prior experience in event scheduling and coordination (an asset)
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, with confidence in learning new technologies
