Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-responsibility for all bar-related operations, including shift management and team performance.
  • Accountability for the efficiency and effectiveness of the bar.
  • Support and collaborate with the Bar Leader to drive service and beverage quality.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of specialty products and common beverages.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement in the bar.
Requirements:
  • Advanced understanding of spirits and cocktails.
  • Advanced Coffee & Tea experience and knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume, high-touch service cocktail environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume, high-touch service cocktail environment.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a CBD/corporate hospitality environment.
  • Ability to understand and react to COGS instruction.
  • Advanced knowledge of BOH and FOH venue operations.
  • Ambition to create a world-class bar experience and build the brand.
  • Ability to be active for minimum 7 hours per day.
  • Full Australian Work Rights.
