Job Title: Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and managing a dedicated team of bar staff.
  • Establish and maintain approved service sequences and standards at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and operating legislation, including the Liquor Act.
  • Perform monthly stock takes on all beverage stock and complete timely reporting of inventory management findings.
  • Assist in staff rostering and developing training plans for all outlet Team Members.
  • Monitor the venue's budget, control costs, and maximise profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest enquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and care of all equipment and materials.
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager on events and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume bar.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of bar inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
