We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team at Right at Home Central Queensland. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused care in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and implement health, aged, and disability care policies and regulations for carers and nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies related to aged and disability care services.
- Implement and maintain operating systems, including Visual Care, policies, and procedures for caregivers, nurses, and other care professionals.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing care team, encouraging ongoing professional development and adherence to best practice standards.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure accurate billing in line with care plans.
- Maintain compliance with OH&S regulations.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check.
- Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- A smart mobile phone (iPhone/android).
- Driver's licence and reliable, presentable vehicle.
- COVID-19 vaccinations.
