Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Claims Officer. As a key player in the trade industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional support to our Members, empowering them to succeed in their businesses.

Our Member-owned organisation has a rich history of supporting over 30,000 automotive and allied repair Members across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Members with solutions that meet their needs
  • Providing top-notch service to customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Members
  • Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities
  • Contributing to a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but not essential.
