About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Nursing Education team as a Clinical Education Specialist for Heart, Lung, and Brain clinical programs.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment within these programs in collaboration with the Clinical Service Director/Deputy Director, other Education Coordinators, and education team.

This strategic role aligns with the quality and risk imperatives of the aligned programs, providing leadership and management of a team of nurse educators and clinical support nurses.

Salary Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including salary packaging and novated leasing options.

Estimated Annual Salary: $124,000 - $140,000

Job Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
  • Master's degree in nursing or clinical education
  • Previous experience in an educational leadership role with demonstrated ability to provide educational opportunities in a supportive learning environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment, across multiple discipline settings and develop collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Significant experience in the development and delivery of contemporary teaching and learning practices within a complex and supportive environment
