Store Manager Role Overview">

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success through exceptional customer service and leadership. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our petrol station store team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and staff management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delighting customers with outstanding service and maintaining high store standards;
  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing store team;
  • Contribute to a safe and positive store environment by promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity;
  • Driving store success through key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and financial performance.

Requirements include:

  • A valid driving license and own car;
  • Previous staff/people management experience, preferably in a service station or retail environment;
  • Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead-by-example approach;

  • Strong communication and influencing skills;
  • A background in the foodservice industry and current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate is highly desirable;
