This role offers an opportunity to join the NAPA Sales Team as a Customer Development Manager. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with industrial customers, generating significant new business growth within your allocated territory, and maximising business opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the territory in line with NAPA's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, attending Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need industry customer management experience, preferably in Commercial, Automotive, or Industrial sectors. You should have a proven track record of sales results, customer relationship development, and territory management.
