We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of International Student Support Coordinator.
About the Role- Liaise with global sales offices, manage student bookings and changes, review and confirm all bookings
- Prepare student visa documents, provide active support for student welfare, and follow up on concerns and enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist students with insurance claims (OSHC), deliver excellent customer service, and provide general support for the school team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
