**Software Engineering Lead Opportunity**

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of high-quality, scalable web and API-based applications using Rust.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust software solutions that meet the needs of our global customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced software leader who is passionate about mentoring and guiding a team of talented engineers to build innovative technology that drives business success.

About the Role:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of complex software projects using Rust.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Architecture, engineers, and product team to define and enforce best practices for the expanding Rust team.
  • Work on green-field projects, focusing on front-end applications built with Rust, Leptos for WASM, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Prioritize event-based architectures and AWS serverless technologies in your approach.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in software development, particularly in Rust and relevant tools.
  • Proven experience in leading software engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on ensuring code quality and maintainability.
