About The Role
Looking for a Senior Software Engineer I with strong expertise in Rust to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems using Rust, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our technology and products.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Rust-based applications and services
Optimize performance and ensure code reliability
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical strategies
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Requirements
Proven experience in Rust development
Strong understanding of systems programming and memory safety
Experience with distributed systems or backend architecture
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong CS theory, algorithm complexity and data structures
AWS experience a plus.
