Job Description:

This is a senior-level position within a procurement team, focusing on contract management and vendor performance.

The role plays a key part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while achieving value-for-money outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage complex projects and programs.

  • Provide commercial advice and guidance to engaged vendors
  • Lead vendor performance management, including monthly 360 reviews and KPI tracking
  • Manage and track vendor progress payments and ensure financial reporting aligns with program requirements
  • Support procurement processes, contract variations, and value-for-money assessments
  • Act as the key escalation point for vendor-related issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in vendor performance or contract management
  • A strong understanding of contract negotiation, procurement policy, and vendor relationship management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex vendor performance frameworks, including milestone deliverables
  • Sound knowledge of financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting within a project environment
  • The ability to clearly communicate deliverables, timelines, risks, and outcomes to various stakeholders
