As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team in the absence of the Maintenance Manager. Your primary focus will be on scheduling and executing preventative maintenance of plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations and safety protocols.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:



  • Ensuring the maintenance team operates efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing production.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving operational or technical equipment problems, minimizing interruptions due to equipment breakdowns.
  • Daily equipment inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Supporting country site maintenance activities and collaborating with the operational team as needed.
  • Embracing a culture of safety and teamwork, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Relevant trade qualifications or prior experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SAP and other relevant maintenance software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid Western Australian C class driver's license and other required certifications.
